Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies aligned with the company’s long-term vision and business goals.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand market share and secure new opportunities in the mining sector.
- Manage high-level negotiations with key stakeholders, government officials, and strategic partners.
- Lead and mentor the commercial team to maximize performance and achieve aggressive sales targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and economic data to identify new growth avenues.
- Optimize supply chain and distribution channels to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term loyalty.
- Report directly to the Board of Directors on commercial performance, risks, and strategic recommendations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in commercial management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the mining, energy, or natural resources industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing complex business portfolios, and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret market data effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and make critical, data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications such as CPA, CMA, or PMP are a strong advantage.
