Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and optimize concierge, bell services, and guest transportation operations
- Train and mentor concierge staff on service excellence protocols and wellness standards
- Coordinate VIP guest experiences, including bespoke arrangements and personalized itineraries
- Develop strategic partnerships with local vendors for premium guest services
- Implement inventory management systems for concierge resources and transportation fleet
- Resolve escalated guest inquiries with discretion and solution-oriented approaches
- Analyze service metrics to continuously enhance operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years in senior concierge or guest services leadership role
- Proven expertise in luxury hospitality or wellness environments
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Deep knowledge of Selangor's attractions, transportation networks, and cultural nuances
- Strong conflict resolution and crisis management capabilities
- Proficiency in hospitality management software (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Certification in hospitality management or related field preferred
