- Supervise and coordinate all electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety standards and local electrical codes.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of junior electricians to enhance technical skills.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to prevent potential hazards.
- Prepare and review detailed technical reports and project status updates.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently.
- Manage inventory of electrical materials and equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in electrical installation and maintenance.
- Valid Master Electrician's License or Professional Electrical Engineer's License.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics.
- Experience in project management and team supervision.
