- Supervise all electrical maintenance activities on 2000HP drilling rigs
- Lead and mentor a team of electricians and technicians

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years as Chief Electrician or Maintenance Supervisor on 2000HP drilling rigs
- Proven experience with OEM equipment (CAT/NOV systems)
- Advanced knowledge of drilling rig electrical systems
- Certification in electrical maintenance or related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in offshore/remote environments
