Tanggung Jawab
- Direct and coordinate all engineering and maintenance operations across the hotel property
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and longevity
- Manage engineering staff including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
- Oversee capital improvement projects and renovation initiatives from planning through completion
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and Hilton brand standards
- Control operational costs by monitoring energy consumption and implementing efficiency improvements
- Respond to emergency maintenance situations and coordinate swift resolution of technical issues
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to support guest services and operational requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in engineering management, preferably within hospitality or hotel operations
- Proven track record in managing comprehensive hotel engineering systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities with excellent communication skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Experience with budget development, cost control, and vendor management
- Professional certifications such as PE license or equivalent are highly advantageous
- Proficiency in building management systems and maintenance management software
