Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team including technicians and specialists
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all hotel systems
- Manage engineering budgets, procurement processes, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Oversee emergency response protocols and critical infrastructure management
- Coordinate renovations and capital improvement projects
- Implement energy-efficient solutions and sustainable practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of engineering management experience in hospitality
- Proven expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Certification in facility management or engineering (preferred)
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
