As the Chief Engineer, you will oversee the daily maintenance of our resort property, manage complex renovation projects, and spearhead preventive maintenance programs. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the daily operations of the engineering and maintenance department.
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules for all resort facilities and equipment.
- Manage the engineering department budget, controlling costs while maintaining high service standards.
- Oversee renovation projects, ensuring completion within established timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Ensure full compliance with local safety, fire, and health regulations.
- Coordinate with security teams to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff.
- Provide technical training and mentorship to engineering staff to improve technical capabilities and service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent technical certification).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management or leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Expertise in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems and building automation.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to facility maintenance.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, and large-scale renovation projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required for effective team coordination.
