We are seeking a highly skilled leader to oversee our engineering department and ensure the seamless operation of our property in the stunning location of Lombok. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the planning, design, development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of all engineering systems.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the engineering department in planning and executing maintenance strategies to ensure 100% operational uptime.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
- Manage the engineering budget, including procurement of materials and cost control measures.
- Supervise and train engineering staff, fostering a culture of technical excellence and safety.
- Implement energy-saving initiatives and sustainability programs to reduce operational costs.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and renovations.
- Oversee the preventative maintenance schedule for all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in hotel engineering management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record.
- In-depth knowledge of building management systems (BMS) and technical diagnostics.
- Valid technical certifications (e.g., STP) are highly preferred.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
