Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all hotel engineering systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety
- Lead and mentor a team of engineering technicians and maintenance staff
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Coordinate renovation projects and capital improvement initiatives
- Manage engineering department budget, purchasing, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards
- Respond to emergency situations and coordinate repairs as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to support guest experience initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel engineering management
- Strong knowledge of hotel systems and equipment maintenance
- Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams
- Certification in facility management or related field preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure during emergency situations
