Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the engineering and maintenance team to ensure operational excellence.
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventative maintenance programs for all resort facilities, MEP systems, and grounds.
- Manage capital expenditure projects, including budgeting, contractor selection, and project oversight.
- Ensure full compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to minimize service disruptions and ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Monitor energy consumption and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce the resort's carbon footprint.
- Oversee the maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including backup power and water treatment plants.
- Manage emergency repair requests and troubleshooting across the property with a sense of urgency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in engineering management, preferably within the luxury hospitality or resort sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent technical certification).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Deep technical knowledge of HVAC, MEP systems, and building automation.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, and complex facility upgrades.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety (K3) and sustainable hotel practices.
- Flexibility to respond to maintenance emergencies and work rotating shifts when required.
