PT Hadi Retail Indonesia is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Chief Engineer to join our team in Biak, Papua. This is a critical leadership role responsible for the operational excellence of our facility's Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, as well as overall building maintenance and asset management.
As the Chief Engineer, you will serve as the technical lead on-site, ensuring that our infrastructure supports a safe, efficient, and high-performing retail environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems to ensure 100% operational uptime.
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all building assets.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the engineering team to ensure high performance and service standards.
- Manage the department's annual budget, focusing on cost-efficiency and resource optimization.
- Ensure full compliance with K3 (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations and standards across the facility.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance tasks or facility upgrades.
- Prepare regular technical reports on building performance and infrastructure projects for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Office Engineering, Facility Management, or Building Maintenance.
- Strong technical expertise in MEP systems and general building infrastructure.
- Proven track record in managing teams and building operations in a retail or commercial environment.
- Solid understanding of K3 regulations and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High integrity, discipline, and a strong sense of accountability.
- Willingness to be stationed in Biak, Papua.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
