Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor cross-functional technical teams across maintenance, engineering, and infrastructure development
- Develop and implement comprehensive technical strategies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee lifecycle management of critical infrastructure systems including utilities, equipment, and facilities
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and industry best practices
- Optimize operational efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives and technological innovation
- Manage technical budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships
- Drive digital transformation projects to enhance automation and system reliability
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to support new product development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field)
- Minimum 10 years of technical leadership experience with 5+ years in managerial roles
- Proven track record in infrastructure management and team leadership within manufacturing/pharma
- Strong technical expertise in facility maintenance, utilities management, and automation systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strategic thinking with ability to align technical initiatives with business goals
- Certifications in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) or technical specialties highly valued
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English for cross-functional collaboration
