Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of engineering departments including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems
- Manage preventive maintenance programs and coordinate corrective repairs for all hotel facilities
- Lead and develop technical teams through training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
- Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, energy management standards, and sustainability practices
- Coordinate renovations, capital improvements, and vendor contracts
- Collaborate with other departments to support operational needs and guest satisfaction initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years in senior engineering roles within luxury hospitality
- Proven experience managing technical teams and departmental budgets
- Expert knowledge in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and building automation
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Certifications in facility management or safety compliance preferred
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
