Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all building mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems to ensure 100% operational uptime.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise on-site technical teams, providing guidance on safety protocols and technical best practices.
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to extend the lifecycle of building assets.
- Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and procurement of materials to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Ensure full compliance with local building codes, fire safety regulations, and environmental health and safety (EHS) standards.
- Prepare and manage the annual engineering operating and capital expenditure (CAPEX) budgets.
- Execute energy-saving initiatives and sustainability programs to reduce the carbon footprint of managed client properties.
- Provide detailed reporting on system performance, maintenance logs, and project progress to senior management and clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering from a reputable university.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in property engineering, facility management, or industrial plant maintenance.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large, cross-functional technical teams.
- Deep knowledge of BMS (Building Management Systems), HVAC, fire life safety systems, and electrical distribution.
- Professional Engineering Certification (SKK or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and building maintenance management software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, result-oriented mindset.
