Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all engineering operations and maintenance activities across the property
- Develop and implement strategic engineering plans aligned with business objectives
- Lead, mentor, and manage the engineering team to ensure optimal performance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
- Manage engineering budgets, procurement of equipment, and contractor relationships
- Implement sustainable practices and energy-efficient solutions
- Coordinate with other departments to support facility upgrades and renovations
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and ensure minimal disruption to operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 8-10 years of engineering experience with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in managing engineering operations within the hospitality sector
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make critical decisions under pressure
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in engineering software and maintenance management systems
