Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all technical operations of the multivision tower, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure building systems operate at peak efficiency
- Oversee engineering teams, including technicians and contractors, ensuring high standards of workmanship
- Manage engineering budgets, procurement of technical resources, and cost optimization initiatives
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and sustainability practices
- Coordinate emergency response protocols and lead troubleshooting of complex technical issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support facility renovations and expansions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in building engineering, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
- Professional certification in building management (e.g., CEM, FMA, or equivalent)
- Expertise in high-rise building systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, and vertical transportation
- Strong analytical skills with experience in technical troubleshooting and system optimization
- Proven ability to manage engineering budgets and vendor relationships effectively
- Excellent communication skills with ability to lead diverse technical teams
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and safety regulations
