Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to maximize efficiency.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Monitor site progress, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement proactive solutions to prevent delays.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports, financial updates, and documentation for senior management.
- Lead and mentor site teams to foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related Construction Management field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of local building regulations, materials, and construction methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD).
- Excellent leadership, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage high-pressure environments and tight project timelines.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
