Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all engineering operations, maintenance activities, and technical staff
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of all engineering systems, facilities, and utilities
- Develop and implement engineering strategies, standards, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
- Manage engineering budgets, resources, and project planning
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reliability
- Coordinate with other departments to support overall business objectives
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 8-10 years of engineering experience with at least 3-5 years in leadership role
- Strong knowledge of engineering systems, facilities management, and utilities
- Proven experience in team leadership and personnel management
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with budget management and resource allocation
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
