Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all engineering operations and maintenance activities aboard the offshore vessel
- Manage and supervise the engineering team, ensuring proper training and performance
- Maintain and troubleshoot propulsion, power generation, and auxiliary systems
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with the vessel's captain and other department heads for seamless operations
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement requirements
- Prepare engineering reports and documentation for regulatory compliance
- Implement maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance programs
Kualifikasi
- Certified Chief Engineer with valid STCW certificates
- Minimum of 5 years experience as Chief Engineer on offshore vessels
- Proven experience with DP2 vessel systems and operations
- Strong knowledge of marine engineering systems and troubleshooting
- Experience leading and managing engineering teams
- Familiarity with international maritime regulations and safety standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
