Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and supervise all engineering operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment longevity and operational efficiency
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians through effective delegation, training, and performance management
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for project execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
- Conduct regular inspections, diagnostics, and system optimizations to prevent operational disruptions
- Prepare engineering budgets, manage costs, and ensure financial targets are met
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, environmental policies, and company standards
- Implement energy conservation measures and sustainable engineering practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of engineering management experience in property or facilities management
- Strong technical expertise in building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection)
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and engineering diagnostics tools
- Valid Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or equivalent certification
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
