- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle management for complex engineering initiatives
- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams to achieve project milestones
- Develop and implement robust engineering strategies aligned with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Optimize resource allocation and budget management for engineering projects
- Drive innovation in engineering solutions through emerging technologies
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and maintain client relationships
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for project challenges
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive engineering experience with 5+ years in leadership
- Proven track record managing large-scale engineering projects in Asia
- Strong technical expertise in relevant engineering disciplines and methodologies
- Professional certifications (PMP, PE, or equivalent) highly desirable
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
- Deep understanding of Singaporean engineering regulations and standards
