Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all engineering operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for luxury residential facilities
- Manage engineering budgets, vendor contracts, and operational cost controls
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of technicians and maintenance professionals
- Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and international hospitality standards
- Coordinate emergency response protocols and critical system troubleshooting
- Drive sustainability initiatives and energy conservation measures
- Collaborate with property management to enhance guest experience through engineering excellence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 7 years of engineering management experience in luxury hospitality
- Strong expertise in building automation systems and preventive maintenance frameworks
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams of 10+ professionals
- Relevant certifications in HVAC, electrical systems, or facilities management
- Advanced proficiency in maintenance management software (CMMS)
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Indonesian safety regulations and sustainability practices
