Ibarbo Park in Yogyakarta is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chief Engineering to oversee our facility operations, maintenance, and technical integrity. As the backbone of our operational excellence, you will lead a dedicated team to ensure that our park environments remain safe, efficient, and world-class for our visitors.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and implementing preventive maintenance strategies, managing technical assets, and ensuring all facility systems operate at peak performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the daily operations of the engineering and maintenance department.
- Develop and execute comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules for all facilities and equipment.
- Ensure full compliance with local safety, health, and environmental regulations and industry standards.
- Oversee facility repairs, technical troubleshooting, and large-scale engineering projects.
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement of spare parts and technical supplies.
- Monitor utility usage and implement energy-saving initiatives to optimize operational costs.
- Provide regular performance reports to senior management regarding facility conditions and project progress.
- Respond promptly to emergency technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure guest safety.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management or industrial engineering, preferably in hospitality or leisure sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse technical team.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and structural maintenance.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems and implement long-term solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong familiarity with safety protocols and workplace health regulations (K3).
- Willingness to work on-site in Yogyakarta and manage flexible schedules as operational needs require.
