Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, manage, and mentor the engineering and maintenance teams to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance programs for all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical.
- Manage the engineering department's budget, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising on quality or safety.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with external contractors, vendors, and government agencies to coordinate major repairs, renovations, and new construction projects.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve technical issues proactively.
- Drive sustainability initiatives aimed at reducing energy consumption and minimizing environmental impact.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in engineering management, preferably in property management, hospitality, or real estate.
- Strong technical knowledge of building management systems (BMS), HVAC, electrical grids, and plumbing systems.
- Proven track record of successfully managing departmental budgets and leading large-scale projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Willing to be based in Bali and travel between sites as needed.
