NWP Property is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Chief Engineering to lead the technical operations of our premier mall portfolio in Jakarta Selatan. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire technical infrastructure, ensuring operational excellence, safety compliance, and the seamless functionality of all building systems.
As the Chief Engineering, you will manage a multidisciplinary team, lead preventive maintenance strategies, and drive energy efficiency initiatives. We are looking for a hands-on professional with a strong background in commercial property maintenance who can balance operational costs with the delivery of a premium visitor experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the engineering department, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) staff and external contractors.
- Develop and execute comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all mall facilities.
- Ensure 100% compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and fire protection standards.
- Manage the mall's utility consumption and implement sustainable energy-saving initiatives to optimize operational costs.
- Oversee capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects and facility upgrades, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion.
- Coordinate with mall management to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance of HVAC, elevators, escalators, and power systems.
- Maintain emergency response protocols and oversee the facility's life safety systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in facility management or building engineering, preferably in large-scale shopping malls or high-rise commercial buildings.
- Possess valid professional certifications (e.g., K3 Umum, SKA/SKK, or relevant engineering licenses).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a large technical workforce.
- Expertise in building automation systems (BAS), BMS, and high-voltage power distribution.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution capabilities.
