NWP Property, a leading retail real estate developer in Indonesia, is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Chief Engineering to oversee the technical operations of Mall The Park Kendari. As a key leader in our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational excellence, safety, and efficiency of our mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, as well as general building maintenance.
The ideal candidate is a strategic problem-solver with extensive experience in commercial building operations. You will manage a team of technicians, oversee preventive maintenance programs, manage vendor relationships, and ensure full compliance with safety and environmental regulations to provide a world-class experience for our tenants and visitors.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the engineering team to ensure high performance and service standards.
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all MEP and building systems.
- Manage operational budgets, including energy consumption monitoring, procurement of spare parts, and vendor contract management.
- Ensure full compliance with local building codes, safety protocols, and fire protection regulations.
- Coordinate with property management and tenants to address maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
- Monitor utility usage and implement energy-saving initiatives to optimize operational costs.
- Oversee major renovation or repair projects within the mall facility.
- Generate regular operational reports and present them to upper management regarding building performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management or building engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within a Mall, Hotel, or High-Rise building.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical power distribution, fire safety systems, and water treatment plants.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints and building management systems (BMS).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to be based in Kendari, Sulawesi Tenggara.
- Certified K3 (General/Electrical/Fire) is highly preferred.
