Are you an experienced technical leader with a passion for high-speed manufacturing excellence? WINGS Group is seeking a dedicated Chief Engineering – Mechanic (Dry Bottle) to join our production team in Cibitung. In this pivotal role, you will be the technical backbone of our blowing and packing lines, ensuring that our operations meet world-class efficiency standards.
As the Chief Engineering lead, you will be responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of sophisticated machinery, optimizing cycle times, and leading a team of technicians to achieve production targets. We are looking for an expert in mechanical systems who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to continuous improvement and safety protocols.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of blowing and packing machinery to ensure maximum uptime.
- Lead and mentor a team of technical staff, providing guidance on mechanical troubleshooting and repairs.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce machine downtime and extend asset lifespan.
- Analyze production performance data to identify bottlenecks and propose engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with the production department to meet daily, weekly, and monthly output targets.
- Ensure all mechanical activities comply with company safety standards and ISO quality regulations.
- Manage spare parts inventory and technical documentation for all production line machinery.
- Execute root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring machine failures and implement long-term corrective actions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods).
- Deep technical knowledge of high-speed blowing, filling, and packaging equipment.
- Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings, hydraulic/pneumatic diagrams, and electrical schematics.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing technical teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in shifts and provide on-call support for critical machine issues.
- Excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
