Are you a seasoned finance professional looking to take the lead in a dynamic company? Putra Kelana Makmur is currently seeking a highly skilled and strategic Chief Finance & Accounting to oversee our financial operations in Batam. This is a pivotal role for a leader who excels in financial reporting, tax compliance, and strategic fiscal planning.
In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining the financial health of the organization, ensuring accurate accounting records, and providing data-driven insights to the management team. We are looking for a hands-on leader who is not only technically proficient in GAAP and local tax regulations but also capable of driving process improvements. Experience in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) is highly preferred, as it brings the level of precision and professional standards we are looking for.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and oversee the execution of financial strategies, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Manage full-cycle accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Provide detailed financial analysis and reporting to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Supervise the finance and accounting team to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions as required.
- Maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (CPA/CA) is highly regarded.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a senior finance or accounting role.
- Strong preference for candidates with previous experience working in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP).
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian taxation (PPh, PPN) and financial regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical skills, high attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to lead teams effectively and communicate financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
