We are seeking a visionary and strategically-minded Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to join a leading organization in Tangerang. As a pivotal member of the executive leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall financial health of the company, driving long-term profitability, and overseeing high-level financial planning, risk management, and capital allocation.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in corporate finance, deep knowledge of the Indonesian regulatory landscape, and a proven track record of scaling operations. You will act as a strategic partner to the CEO, providing insightful financial analysis to guide business decisions, optimize operational efficiencies, and secure the company's fiscal future in a competitive market.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and direct the organization's financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with long-term business goals.
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax compliance, and financial reporting under IFRS and local standards.
- Provide insightful, data-driven financial analysis to the Board and executive leadership team to support high-stakes business decision-making.
- Manage capital structure, cash flow optimization, and investment strategy to maintain strong liquidity and growth potential.
- Establish and maintain robust internal control frameworks and risk management policies to safeguard company assets.
- Oversee investor relations, banking relationships, and audit processes to ensure total transparency and fiscal integrity.
- Mentor and lead the finance department to build a high-performing culture centered on accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or MBA from a reputable university; CPA or CFA designation is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior executive or CFO role.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, corporate governance, and complex budgetary management.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax laws, regulatory compliance, and international financial reporting standards.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated success in managing financial growth and operational restructuring in a high-pressure environment.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English, with high proficiency in ERP systems and financial software.
