Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies to support the company’s short and long-term business objectives.
- Lead all accounting operations, including financial reporting, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing processes.
- Manage corporate cash flow, liquidity, and investment activities to ensure operational sustainability.
- Oversee tax planning, compliance, and regulatory reporting to ensure adherence to local and national tax laws.
- Prepare and present accurate financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to the Board of Directors and executive stakeholders.
- Implement internal financial controls and risk management protocols to safeguard company assets.
- Mentor and lead the finance and accounting team to foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize operational costs and improve bottom-line profitability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA/CA certification is highly preferred).
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or CFO capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, PSAK/IFRS, and financial reporting standards.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, financial modeling, and capital management.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced financial modeling in Excel.
- Strong ethical standards and integrity, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
