Dirgaputra Ekapratama is seeking a strategic and visionary Chief Finance, Tax & Accounting to oversee the financial health and fiscal integrity of our operations in Medan. This is a mission-critical role for a leader who excels at balancing high-level financial planning with rigorous day-to-day accounting control and tax compliance.
As our financial lead, you will serve as a key business partner to the executive team, providing actionable insights that drive sustainable growth. You will be responsible for streamlining our financial reporting processes, optimizing cash flow management, and ensuring that all tax strategies are robust, compliant, and efficient. We are looking for an individual with an analytical mindset, impeccable ethical standards, and the leadership capacity to manage high-performing finance and accounting teams in a dynamic industry.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of all corporate finance, accounting, and tax functions.
- Oversee cash flow management, forecasting, and liquidity to ensure optimal financial stability.
- Supervise the preparation of accurate financial statements and management reports in accordance with PSAK and local regulations.
- Develop and implement comprehensive tax planning strategies to minimize risk and ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Establish internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity across all financial operations.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions to maintain transparent external reporting.
- Provide detailed financial analysis and business intelligence to the Board of Directors to support decision-making processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification is highly preferred).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance leadership, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax laws (PPh, PPN, E-Faktur) and accounting standards.
- Proven track record of managing cash flow in a multi-departmental or mid-to-large scale business.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team performance.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional-level English proficiency.
