PT. Kwangcheon Kim Indonesia is seeking a strategic and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and drive sustainable growth. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our Indonesian operations, ensuring robust fiscal health, regulatory compliance, and insightful financial reporting that supports our long-term business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of manufacturing or FMCG financial landscapes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to influence key stakeholders. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of the company, optimizing capital allocation, and mitigating financial risks in an evolving market environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies to drive organizational growth and profitability.
- Oversee all accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and tax planning.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards.
- Manage treasury functions, cash flow analysis, and capital structure optimization.
- Provide strategic financial insights to the Board of Directors to guide executive decision-making.
- Supervise the finance and accounting department to ensure operational efficiency and data accuracy.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Lead cost-reduction initiatives and implement internal controls to safeguard corporate assets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA or CPA is highly preferred).
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership (CFO/Finance Director) role.
- Proven track record of managing financial operations within a manufacturing or large-scale commercial environment.
- Expertise in Indonesian tax regulations, PSAK, and IFRS.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to navigate complex business challenges.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is required; knowledge of Korean is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in enterprise-level ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- High integrity, professional ethics, and a strategic mindset.
