As Chief Housekeeping, you'll develop and implement comprehensive cleaning protocols, manage inventory of supplies and equipment, and coordinate with other departments to maintain seamless operations. You'll be responsible for training and supervising housekeeping staff, conducting regular inspections, and addressing any maintenance concerns promptly. - Oversee all housekeeping operations across multiple properties or large facilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain cleaning standards and procedures
- Manage housekeeping staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Coordinate with maintenance departments for timely repairs and maintenance
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards
- Address guest concerns related to cleanliness and facility maintenance promptly
- Prepare and manage departmental budget, including labor and supply costs
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in housekeeping management, preferably in hospitality
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing housekeeping teams
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple priorities
