Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Zoho ERP, ensuring successful deployment and adoption across all departments
- Develop and execute the company's IT strategy, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives
- Manage the IT budget, resources, and vendors to ensure optimal technology investments
- Oversee data security, compliance, and risk management protocols
- Provide technology leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams
- Drive digital transformation initiatives and process improvements
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of IT systems and processes
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain competitive advantage
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT leadership roles, with at least 3 years focused on ERP implementation
- Proven track record of successfully implementing Zoho ERP or similar enterprise systems
- Strong understanding of business processes and how technology can drive operational efficiency
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead complex technical initiatives
- Experience managing IT teams and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset
