- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and evaluating performance

- Analyze market data and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities
- Manage marketing budget effectively, optimizing resource allocation across campaigns

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive marketing experience with 3-5 years in leadership
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns in retail/consumer products
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
