Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with overall company growth objectives.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to ensure excellence in branding, digital presence, and traditional retail marketing.
- Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources across channels, and optimize return on investment (ROI).
- Analyze consumer behavior and market trends to identify new growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with the sales and product departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and product positioning.
- Oversee public relations, corporate communications, and social media presence to enhance brand reputation.
- Report directly to the board on key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably within the Retail or FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of market research, consumer psychology, and integrated marketing communications.
- Demonstrated success in managing high-budget marketing campaigns and achieving measurable business results.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to drive cross-departmental collaboration.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM software.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-evolving business environment.
