- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and business plans to drive growth in retail and consumer banking products.
- Lead brand management initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all channels to strengthen market presence.
- Oversee digital marketing transformation, managing SEO, social media, and content strategies to enhance online engagement.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation.
- Manage the marketing budget and P&L (Profit and Loss) to ensure optimal return on investment for all campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and analytical excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (CMO/Director level).
- Proven track record of success in the banking, financial services, or retail sector.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into compelling consumer messages.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and data analytics.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian banking regulations and compliance standards.
