Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve performance targets
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities
- Manage marketing budget and ensure optimal resource allocation
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives including social media, content marketing, and SEO
- Collaborate with sales team to develop effective lead generation strategies
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and ROI
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
- Experience in the financial services industry is highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and consumer insights
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
