Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote BRI Finance products and services
- Lead and manage the marketing team, setting goals and providing mentorship
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure marketing alignment with business objectives
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaigns
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, content marketing, and SEO
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using KPIs
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education: Diploma 3 (D3) in Marketing, Business, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with 2+ years in managerial role
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a marketing team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Knowledge of the financial industry is a plus
