- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with BRI Finance's business objectives

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 7+ years in marketing leadership with 3+ years as CMO or equivalent
- Proven track record in financial services marketing
- Expertise in digital marketing strategies and analytics tools
- Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
- Exceptional leadership and team development capabilities
- Fluent in Indonesian and English
