Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for BRI Finance products and services
- Lead digital and traditional marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize ROI across all initiatives
- Oversee brand positioning and messaging consistency
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing objectives
- Monitor KPIs and report on campaign performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in senior marketing roles, preferably in financial services
- Proven experience leading cross-functional marketing teams
- Expertise in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Strong strategic planning and budget management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Understanding of Indonesian financial market regulations
