- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for BRIF Regular & Vehicle Loan Products
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental and company objectives
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities
- Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
- Manage marketing budget and ensure optimal ROI on marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with product development, sales, and customer service teams
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics and marketing effectiveness
- Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance in all marketing activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in banking or financial services
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns for financial products
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing marketing teams
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and consumer insights
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
