- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to financial services and banking products
- Lead digital transformation initiatives across marketing channels including SEO, SEM, and social media
- Manage marketing budget allocation and ROI optimization for maximum campaign effectiveness
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Oversee brand management and corporate communications to maintain market leadership
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with financial institutions and key stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between sales, product, and customer service teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 8+ years marketing experience with 3+ years in financial services sector
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Expertise in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing marketing teams of 5+ professionals
- Deep understanding of Indonesian banking regulations and compliance requirements
