Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for new and used car segments
- Lead digital transformation initiatives including SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns
- Manage annual marketing budget (IDR 2-5B+) and optimize ROI
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape
- Oversee brand management across all channels (online/offline)
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with dealerships and vendors
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets
- Implement CRM strategies to enhance customer retention
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma-3 (D3) in Marketing, Business, or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years in automotive marketing with proven CMO/VP experience
- Expertise in both new and used car sales cycles
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot)
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Automotive industry network and vendor relationships
