Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Captain in the navigation and safe operation of the vessel according to international regulations.
- Supervise the deck crew and ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed during operations.
- Conduct regular safety drills (e.g., fire, abandon ship) and maintain proper certification of safety equipment.
- Manage cargo operations, ensuring strict compliance with stowage plans and weight distribution.
- Prepare voyage reports, navigational logs, and cargo manifests accurately.
- Monitor the vessel's compliance with environmental laws (MARPOL) and company policies.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of deck machinery and equipment.
- Perform bridge watchkeeping duties and bridge resource management (BRM).
Kualifikasi
- Valid Chief Mate Certificate of Competency (CoC) or equivalent DPO certification.
- Minimum of [X] years of seagoing experience on offshore vessels.
- Valid BOSIET/HUET certificate.
- Good physical health and fitness for offshore work.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
