SYC Philippine Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Mechanic to lead our vehicle maintenance division in Pasig City. In this pivotal supervisory role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end maintenance, diagnostics, and repair operations for our diverse fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise in automotive mechanics, coupled with the leadership capabilities required to manage a team of mechanics and ensure that our fleet remains safe, reliable, and compliant with all operational standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor a team of maintenance staff to ensure quality repair standards.
- Oversee daily maintenance schedules and diagnostic operations for the company fleet.
- Perform complex troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on various vehicle systems (engine, electrical, hydraulic, etc.).
- Maintain detailed records of vehicle service histories and prepare maintenance reports for management.
- Manage inventory levels of spare parts, tools, and equipment necessary for daily operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations during all maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with procurement or external vendors for specialized vehicle parts or major overhaul services.
Kualifikasi
- At least 5 years of experience in automotive repair, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead capacity.
- Possession of a relevant Vocational Diploma or National Certificate (NC) in Automotive Servicing.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics software, and modern repair methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and train a technical team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills for tracking fleet maintenance logs.
- Willingness to work on-site in Pasig City with a focus on operational efficiency.
