Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee repair, maintenance, and preventive care of company vehicles and heavy equipment
- Lead and mentor a team of mechanics, assigning tasks and ensuring quality standards
- Diagnose complex mechanical failures using diagnostic tools and technical expertise
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies
- Coordinate with project teams to address equipment needs and resolve urgent issues
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports for management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Technical certification in automotive/mechanical engineering or equivalent vocational training
- Proven expertise in diagnosing and repairing hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Strong leadership skills with ability to train and motivate technical teams
- Knowledge of safety protocols and environmental compliance standards
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and equipment maintenance software
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize critical maintenance tasks
- Clean professional driver's license (Professional Driver's License preferred)
