Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of drilling rigs and heavy machinery.
- Manage and mentor a team of mechanics and technicians to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations during all operations.
- Coordinate with the operations team to diagnose mechanical issues and plan repairs efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential hazards or wear and tear.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and maintenance logs for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, specifically within the drilling or heavy machinery industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of drilling machinery and processes for both onshore and offshore operations.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical certification.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license (applicable to site requirements).
- Ability to work in challenging environments and adhere to strict safety standards.
