- Comprehensive management of factory financial operations
- Supervision of corporate assets and inventory controls
- Preparation and analysis of financial statements
- Enforcement of accounting policies and compliance standards
- Leadership and development of the accounting department
- Financial risk assessment and mitigation planning
- Coordination with internal and external auditors
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 5 years in managerial accounting roles
- Expertise in Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven leadership experience in accounting teams
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
