We are looking for a dedicated Chief Officer to join our team aboard a fully cellular container ship. As the Chief Officer, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the ship, acting as the second-in-command to the Master. Your role will involve supervising the deck department, managing cargo operations, and ensuring strict adherence to international maritime regulations and safety standards. We are looking for a leader who can ensure the safety of the crew and the integrity of the cargo while maintaining high operational efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and safety management systems of the container ship.
- Supervise and manage the deck department, including ratings and cadets.
- Ensure proper stowage and securing of all containers on the fully cellular vessel.
- Conduct regular safety drills, inspections, and firefighting exercises to maintain high safety standards.
- Liaise with the Master and shore-based management regarding operational reports and crew welfare.
- Ensure all navigation equipment and safety systems are fully operational and compliant.
- Handle administrative duties, including maintaining logs, cargo manifests, and crew rosters.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 12 months of experience working as a Chief Officer.
- Valid Chief Officer license (Reg. II/2 Par. 1-2).
- Eligibility for US C1/D Crew Member/Transit Visa and Schengen Visa.
- Valid STCW certificates (Basic Safety, Advanced Firefighting, Medical First Aid).
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, multicultural maritime environment.
- Good knowledge of container ship stability and cargo handling procedures.
